1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TreeU Digital Agency's services, including our website design, home robot design, industrial robot design, and food delivery robot design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
TreeU Digital Agency provides innovative design solutions for websites and various types of robots. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Home robot design
- Industrial robot design
- Food delivery robot design
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, concepts, and final products created by TreeU Digital Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is transferred as per the agreed terms. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the design process. This includes but is not limited to brand guidelines, technical specifications, and feedback on design iterations.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in individual project contracts. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with overdue payments.
6. Revisions and Alterations
A specified number of revisions will be included in each project as outlined in the contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and designs. We will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
TreeU Digital Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Any outstanding fees will be due immediately upon termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TreeU Digital Agency is registered.
